Question about the Rune Kaballah

I am just wondering about the feeling i had while i was vibrating the rune & standing in the rune asana position, for example the A Rune. While i was vibrating vocal & mental Rune A, i started to feel my whole body & soul was vibrating and my body also started to feel like i am generating energy out of my skin. Is that how it must be done like in the Key To the True Qaballah By Franz Bardon is stated? Any info are gratefully appreciate.
