I feel quite emberesced for putting a question, which looks so simple... but is there a diference between soul and spirit? And if it is can someone clarify it?
I find the subject quite ambiguous...

Question about soul and spirit?
Yes, they are different. The soul is made up of your chakras, light body, astral body and consciousness. The Spirit is basically your astral body. -En Haradren Amlug.

I could have sworn the Astral body is the etheric ghost and Light body is same as the spirit on JoS? Or is this outdated Brother?

So the spirit represents the etherial body, and it is a part of the soul?

The Spirit is more if a loose term tht dosnt define an exact aspect of the soul. For example we call the souls who have passed away 'spirits'. Yet it is their soul, we are communicating with. If you get me? -En Haradren Amlug.
