QUESTION ABOUT SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA

Greetings
  I want to do "AZAZEL'S HEART CHAKRA MEDITATION"by HP VOVIM BAGHIE( hope i got his spelling right) he says (in the pdf which i have downloaded and there is an illustration)   that the solar plexus chakra has to be aligned facing upwards. I am stuck(maybe i am not as smart as others or just plain stupid) as i had read sometime back that our solar plexus chakra has to be aligned with its tip facing downwards which i have done.So what do i do?????? i am stuck i really want to do this i had downloaded  this pdf more than a month back and something at the basck of my head is telling me i have to do this as son as possible.Do i have to do this also everyday once i do it like the merkaba which was at the back of my head for more than a month.Something just made me sit down and do the merkaba.Please help me with this. Thanks.

I think you turn the 3rd chakra up towards the heart to circulate energy through the soul (get stronger), but you turn the 3rd chakra down towards the root if you want to actually use your power for something..

You always turn your solar plexus down unless you're sending energy. The turning of the solar plexus point down is a very recent update on the site, older texts which were written 2 years ago like the Azazel's heart chakra were not updated with the new information.

it should be pointed upwards while meditating
