question about saturn transiting ´´your´´ first hoiuse

I don´t understand, If it is transiting my first house shouldn´t it be transiting everyone´s first house? The first house is a sign of the zodiac and it is the same for everyone, if there is a planet there it counts for everyone, doesn´t it? I was born in 1991 and saturn was in aquarius, I checked it and it stood in the same sign for 4 or five years, it´s not like it transits for a few months and go aweay like the moon

With Transiting planets for each person, they are individual. But a lot of people go through the same similar transits especially when it is influential. No, it's not the same. The first house is the house immediately after your ascendant. People have their ascendant in different signs, not in a specific sign common to everyone. If it was so, then there wouldn't be any point talking about the ascendant and houses at all. Your ascendant might be Sagittarius while another person's Taurus. In that case if Saturn is in your first house, let's say Sagittarius or Capricorn, the Taurus Ascendant person's Saturn in Capricorn will be in his fifth or sixth house or something, even though at this time it's in the same sign for both of you.
