hello my question here is fairly simple and can be answer by anyone who had direct experience with this meditation.my question is :on breaths 14-15-16 and 17 should i hold for 6 ? it is not said by HP Pythia that i should hold for 6 please reply id like to start performing this meditation asaphail satan
