Question about JoS' Library of Congress number

Hey.So, I have recently found a site that says to "expose" JoS Ministries. I obviously know it's a fake, but they had 1 specific point listed there that got me curious. They said that the library of congress number of JoS Ministries is not registered in the library of congress. I wanted to ask you guys why, or if I missed something concerning this.
