Do we need physical runes when vibrating them in rituals ? Or just vibrating them without is fine ?

All you have to do is focus on a particular rune and visualize it in your mind. You don't have to physically have them. The most important thing is your intention and the better your focus, the more energy you are able to generate.

Learn about the rune you want to vibrate, learn how to vibrate it, choose an affirmation, make it short and simple and don't forget to add "In a positive, healthy and happy manner for me!" either at the start or end of an affirmation.
