Which could be effective affirmations in a soul release working in order to combat laziness which seems to come from past lives. With a lot of shame, this laziness makes me feel like my life has been completely unfulfilling, as I have never made use of some talents which can be considered blessings, throwing my life to waste in slow motion. I have always struggled with a feeling of worthlesness.

My natal chart indicates that both my sun and venus are afflicted (the latter extremely), and that there is a karmic component to that.

Which workings can help me with that? I have been thinking about a soul release affirmation in the likes "I am totally and completely free from my self-loathing extending to my past lives."

Get a job that you have to wake up for at the same time every day. This will force you to get into this schedule, and it will force you to get used to doing things.

OP might already have a job. One can definitely feel lazy even having a job, myself included.
If OP don't have a job though, getting one is a good first step to a orderly life.
It does feels more "ok" to be lazy after a hard day of work than when being unemployed.

I usually tend to be more active at work, not only with the work itself but also reading articles etc. and when I arrive at home I can finally wind down a bit.
Having worked a long time now though I feel I have more energy afterwards now compared to when I was new; energy which could be used for more active things.

One of the best tactics (if not THE best) of my own to combat laziness overall is psychical workout like running and yoga asanas, which helps me get more energy to get things going/done and stay alert. Things like running in nature can also bring me new creative ideas. Exercising will also help when it comes to getting a job.

To start in small scale is also a good tip overall for starting up things, as well as getting out of your comfort-zone and not being afraid of failing.
