Question #5579: Sleep Deprivation

AvatarAsk Zeus Operator1 min to read

How harmful is it? Say, to get a good sleep schedule, or to cope with extra tasks, etc.

(Taking into account that before and after you sleep well, eat well, etc.)

You feel very bad or euphoric, or on the contrary, very euphoric.

They are important with sleep. Sleep is A-O for feeling good mentally and spiritually. I usually give Satan and his demons my energy before I go to sleep

#2

You need sleep man, that's when the brain unclogs from the chemical reactions that happen during daytime, and also that's when the brain rewires itself according to what you do.

If your situation is really dire you can quit a few hours, I did that recently when I had 2 Jobs, College and Exams going on, plus my personal projects and work for the JoS.

Raise energy and program it to help you fully rest.

I'm still learning, the same way as you do, the same way as we all do.

Sleep deprivation is very harmful, it's disruptive to the natural rhythm of the body and soul. Regeneration and purification of the body from toxins occurs only during sleep.

Since every part of the body is affected by sleep deprivation, the risks and harms are endless, and affects the mind and every system of the body. There is plenty of research on the harm done by sleep deprivation online. Sleep apnea is a topic of interest as well.

Try not to sacrifice sleep if there is not an emergency. Work on using your time more wisely, so that you don't have to sacrifice sleep.

Hello My friends. Yes, I completely agree. Sleep is very important. If you encounter problems during the day, I usually meditate on the problem. I recommend practicing Qigong. My spirituality and quality of life has gotten better. Hail Satanas! Ave Satanas

I should explain in more detail exactly what I meant.

Let's say it is harmful not to sleep for 20-30 hours as it feels or it just feels that way but in reality it is not so terrible.

Yes, and the mode of sleep on the other do not adjust, if for a vacation / weekend you began to get up in the evening - the only option is not to sleep 20-30 hours. That's what I wanted to know if it is harmful critically as it feels or just such sensations.

#6

Sleep deprivation is used as a means of torture. That alone should tell you how harmful it can be. As mentioned above, there is research about sleep deprivation and perhaps that is something you want to delve into.

#7

If u want to sleep try to stay awake as much as you can! U don't a on/off button in your brain.

This is not about how you "feel" right after. Feelings are not fact. Here are some negatives of sleep deprivation:

- no testosterone production
- no memory consolidation
- damage to the adrenal glands
- impaired metabolism regulation

By depriving yourself of sleep you're preventing your body from performing all the functions it can only perform while you're sleeping.

It is important that you sleep between 5 and 8 hours a day, and that you are asleep by 11pm (if you are a night owl).
