you can do whatever seems right with evil individuals, but it is not always worth your time or effort, to destroy someone it takes alot of energy especially with people in power which seems like a lot of factors and different energies govern that matters. you may consider put your efforts on Ritual's..
you dont see spiritually powerfull people on our side just destroying dictators which can lead to another kind of evil replacing them and all your effort totaly wasted.
