Hi how are you? I want to ask more about unblocking chakras,I have a throat chakra blockage,how can I really unblock it,I have done meditation but I never really focused in my 5th Chakra,which mantas and words of power is the best for unblocking the 5th Chakra and opening it

I recommend that you start by doing the 40-day Meditation Program For Beginners. This program includes Chakra opening, Aura and Mind strengthening and Yogic exercises.

After you open the Chakras perform Complete Chakra Meditation.
