Hi, I'm a dedicated member, and I have a doubt though I'm aware of the truth i always liked some games that are entertaining but present distorted reality like doom. Wolfenstein as a few examples, doom presents xian view of demons and Wolfenstein l
Portraits Germans as mad evil and let's you kill them for fun, what is your opinion about it

I'm going to hop in here and post my own point of view on this. First of all this has been covered before with this post: https://www.ancient-forums.com/inde...rant-and-disrespectful-toward-the-gods.94521/

I'm going to mention that I'm old enough I remember not only the "satanic scare" of the 80's and 90's. But also the big scare about if video games are satanic or not in the late 90's 2000's. I also remember the big push where they tried to argue video games make you violent in this same time period. I'm going to give the same answer I gave then, and the same answer I've given to any other form of media / entertainment that involves "Satanic" things. If you can't keep fantasy and violence separate then you have no business with these things to begin with. This is Fantasy we are talking about. While I haven't asked the gods themselves about this particular topic, I can tell you that I'm made after them and I would like to think I have the same opinion on this as they do. While I don't like to be slandered, and abused. I also know there is a difference between Fantasy and Reality. I would not mind at all reading a story where my name was used as a villain. In fact my real name HAS been used as a villain for a long time. As long as the person viewing the game knows the difference I don't personally mind. There ya go. That's my take on the matter.

Maybe it's possible to ignore them “up to a point”, but there are games on the market like God of War that are made purely to insult the Gods and are pushed to success.

Not just games, but any form of entertainment, if it insults the Gods, I don't think a Satanist can enjoy it anymore. It's not just a sense of duty, “Oh, it insults Satan, I have to stay away.” Instead it is absolute disgust from the heart. What entertainment when they violate your faith, your Gods and most importantly your most sacred? Impossible.

First point, video games are a useless thing and a waste of time.
[...]
I don't recommend selling these video games, you would just be spreading horrible blasphemy. Destroy them and throw them in the trash.
I totally agree. The only game close to Spiritual Satanism is Minecraft, as I have mentioned in other posts, but it's best to just all quit video games for good.

Minecraft is good only if you are a mindless teenager who smoke weed all day.

Otherwise as a game in itself it is completely empty and soulless, you basically have to play fantasy to make it fun. Which is not bad from a certain perspective.

But this is andrapoda stuff.

Skyrim is good if you join the Stormcloaks. But it takes too many hours to do everything. Waste of time.

Entertainment itself is a useless thing, and right now it is only a means to change people's opinions, as theatre was.

May I add a little additional Info/ fact on entertainment. I mean people here know what its about. But the german language provides a very precise word which explains the whole show pretty quick.

Entertainment = Unterhaltung
Unterhaltung literally translated means
below keeping/ keeping someone below or keeping someone down.

Not the best activity if you are in the ascension/rising progress. Do not get me wrong there are exceptions in games and movies, but they are rare.

I like games as vehicles for a well-written story. But it should have a clear and near ending.

The size of games now is ridiculous, you could spend 500 hours just on side quests that don't add much to the overall plot. They may be well crafted and all, but what do they really add?

Same with most TV shows, they drag on and on, almost like they are mass produced to retain subscribers.

Games without story are just a skinner box. Push button, watch colored lights flash and make number go up. Meaningless andrapoda activity. Rare exceptions can be made but this is true for 99% of cases.

I’m personally always going to love video games, but there are some video games that aren’t worth it. As long as you approach it with the Zevism mindset and just treat it like entertainment and not blow it out of proportion then no harm done. Certain Games like Fallout 3, Wolfenstein, and others and their developers are fraught with corruption, blasphemy, and propaganda and should always be avoided.

Like always, some people here take things to extreme. Think for a second where entertainment stems from, and perhaps understand that telling tales is not useless.
Hel yes, here here brother; Powerful statement. Whenever I’ve felt like it’s useless or felt like it’s a waste of time I’ve always told myself that theatre and games and such have always been at their core an invention of our Gods.

I haven't played video games in years because they just feel like a pathetic use of my time. I'd much rather be reading/learning something interesting, or engaging with art - such as listening to an album or a high quality film.

However, occasionally, I'll pick up a single-player game, which I do think can have a lot of merit, even on the level of genuine art and storytelling. Some can totally change your philosophy towards life. Ghost of Tsushima is a good example.

Overall, I don't think it really matters if you play these games so long as you understand it's bullshit. Because even if you were to read about Grecco-roman mythology, you will inevitably come across similar blasphemy. What matters is your intention and what's inside your heart.

However, it is best not to play games that blaspheme the God's because they prefer you to "protect" their "image," which refers to the "idea" or conception you have of them and that exists inside of you, and getting angry when Yehuboric tarnish that image. There should be a sense of protectiveness over this image you have of the God's. Playing too much of this crap will tarnish that image along with your associations and relationship to the God's. The feeling of disgust other's have mentioned is a sign of a strong bond with the God's. The stronger it is the harder it will be to tolerate.

Entertainment nowadays is just a means to escape boredom, so as to avoid solving the underlying problem of boredom.

Entertainment outside pure work can be found in creating art, going for a walk, and other things or activities as a couple. This type of entertainment is positive and gives good results.

Even in creating art, it must have a physical or spiritual utilitas, so that it is not an end in itself and therefore useless.

Modern entertainment is an end in itself and therefore useless. One must live one's own life and not that of others, as in the case of films, books, etc., which are only the projection of someone's thoughts.

In some cases yes, and in other cases no.

Do realize that the 'must' you are talking about is subjective to yourself, and does not necessarily reflect that of others.

These are very subjective opinions being purported as authoritative as if they are the only option or possibility.

And evaluating everything through a lens of pragmatism is a form of "soullessness" in and of itself.

The problem is not entertainment/media itself, but the function it serves in modern society, which is currently degenerative.

Everything you read on the JoS is a "projection of someone's thoughts", which in regards to film or literature, one can either find utility in, view as something pleasurable, or even a source of inspiration and vitality. There is a good reason why mythology/'holy scripture' is written in story format.

There is much valuable entertainment available. It's just not usually mainstream... In the future, this will change.
