Planets can be sublimated through their "channels".
Neptune can be sublimated through meditation, listening to music, dancing and more; having a routine that includes this will help you do this.
SS has a "natural sublimation" as far as Neptune is concerned, because of meditation. But it is still necessary to maintain "control" at all times.
