I've been doing kundalini yoga for several years, but recently I've been feeling pain all over my spine after doing it. It's like my whole spine is on fire. what could be the cause of this?

You have stimulated your nervous system over the limit you can comfortably handle. Apply a counter measure with the opposite element and/or do less of KY.
