People's sensitivity to energy is not always the same, this doesn't necessarily mean that your chakras are open. Just keep meditating.

No. That's normal, you "felt" the energy that meditation produces.

This feeling that is similar to shivering, it is not because of being cold. All of these small nerves in your body are being stimulated by the increased life force energy flowing through your body by the opening of the chakras. This is normal and this is a good thing.
