There's a difference between sending energy, desiring what you're masterbating to, and then attracting whatever desire.
Most times, when people masterbate, they are simply desiring those thoughts and sending energy to them. So simply put, all they're doing is releasing energy without any specific purpose. The only healthy thing in this example, is that the releasing of this energy itself is good for the person.
There's nothing wrong with the above, except if the object of masterbation is porn. Porn in and of itself has unhealthy negative energy to it that actually attaches to the person masterbating. This is just to give you a short answer.
What rarely happens in general with most people, is the ability to actually attract whatever they're masterbating to. To attract anything requires intent and affirmation, which is a spiritual/magical practice that most people don't know about. Again, a few people can subconsciously do this, but most with little effect.
So no, simply masterbating to something doesn't mean you're attracting it. With porn, almost always, you're only attracting negative unhealthy energy.
