As this is a Fire Rune, yes it's completely normal to feel warm or even a little hot after working with KENNAZ.
It's also normal to feel this with other Runes and Meditations in general, as this could just be how your body reacts to increased energy. Just remember, if you ever feel too uncomfortable, shorten the number of repetitions on a Rune or meditate for a shortened length of time.
