Question #3496: Runic meditation with the 40 day programme

I am a very beginner who is in the 40 day meditation programme ..I have opened only 3 of my chakras ..Can one incorporate runic vibration for different application or only after the completion of the 40 day programme after all the chakras are opened can one start doing runic vibration ??
