"Urine is not a dirty and toxic substance rejected by the body. Urine is a by-product of blood filtration, not waste filtration. Medically it is referred to as "plasma ultrafiltrate". It is a purified derivative of the blood itself, made by the kidneys..."

Is any of this true at all?

This article contains absurd levels of jewing. Rubbing urine on your skin isn't going to make you a God; It's going to make you stink, and it may even cause skin maladies. You would need to be dangerously gullible to actually try what this article is suggesting.

While it's supposedly true that bottled urine was used as mouthwash through the middle ages until just a few centuries ago, this doesn't mean it's wise to consume urine (jews also like to eat their own feces, does this sound like a healthy idea to you?). It also may simply be that people were harassed by the church authorities back then for knowing about herbal mixtures and essential oils and whatnot and applying them, so an ignorant alternative was conceived. Who knows. People were forced to live in the worst conditions under xian tyranny.

Generally, if the body is removing something from itself then it doesn't want it put back in, and it has a good reason for removing it.

I found this on the forums for you: https://ancient-forums.com/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=41621
Apparently everything I've said is consensus.
