White people in general are very good and talented with these things .why ?? Russians ,ukranians are really like gods in both computer programming and maths ..what is the reason ???

Because of being intelligent and creative. But this is not limited to White people only and includes others who have cultivated these traits over time.

Far as I can suss out and root up, the top math rankings are 1) Singapore, 2) Hong Kong, 3) South Korea, 4) Taiwan, 5) Japan, 6) Northern Ireland, 7) Russia, 8) Norway, 9) Ireland, 10) England (source: TIMSS). Whites are well-represented; not the best. It's a bit more ambivalent when one recalls that, for polemical purposes at any rate, the Russians are often tarred as Mongol-Mischlinge.

Still and all, like Ortega y Gasset pointed out, modern science took place in a rough square whose 4 corners were Paris, Vienna, Berlin, and London. It were arbitrary to dismiss genetics as a big factor.
