Question #2477: what does turning counterclockwise in standard ritual for a beginner

I am a newly dedicated satanist ...in the standard ritual for beginner https://www.templeofzeus.org/Ritual.html ,,what does TURNING COUNTERCLOCKWISE mean and also what does it mean by turn east to lucifer,Baal Zebul to north etc etc..does it mean Like a clock do I need to move east,,north etc etc when pointing to 4 gods

Do you know what direction the hands rotate on an old clock or watch? This is saying go in the opposite direction from that. Turn towards the left.

Stand in one spot, and turn to the left so that you face each of the 4 directions when it tells you to.

You probably have a compass like application on your phone.
You can see with it where is east, west, etc.

Turning counter-clockwise, is turning to left.
You stand up still, and rotate your whole body to left while standing in one place.
