Question #2033: My negative emotions consume me

I'm full of emotions, I associate emotions with everything.Is there any other way than Fire energy to calm my emotions?I'm at the point where I'm deliberately suppressing all my emotions. i feel better without negative emotions,and they don't hold me back, so I suppress them hard.
