Can transit Uranus clear negative karma when conjunct our Natal Saturn?

Do we need a special work to clear negative karma or can we get rid of karma in the long term with general cleansing, yoga and chakra works?

Transits "activate" karmic seeds not "eliminate" them.

To "burn" the seeds, one must work with the fire element, solar mantras, through meditation, cleansing etc.
