When I want to do runic vibration, is a correct way to look at the image of rune, or some engraved version of it while vibrating, or is it unnecessary, and all I should do is to visualize the rune with my eyes closed while doing the vibration? (Same about F-Ritual, I used to do this while looking at the letters, what method applies in this case?)
