How to donate in JoS from Russia and do it safely so as not to attract the attention of law enforcement agencies?
In Russia, they can now be imprisoned if the police or the FSB are suspected of financing the Armed Forces of Ukraine, or organizations recognized as foreign agents.
Now criminal judicial practice has been formed, even volunteers of international organizations who cannot explain or prove to which organizations they transfer money are imprisoned.

Don't put yourself in dangerous positions for this. Try to find other solutions, otherwise while waiting for that, you can contribute in other ways for the Jos.
