Proper Use of Runes

Hello Everyone,
I was wondering how to properly use the runes? For instance, if I wanted to use the FEHU rune, would all I need to properly vibrate the runes correct pronounciation? Do I even need a pyshical object with the FEHU rune's symbol enscribed on it? Does having certain insences help invoke the runes powers? Also what time of the day is best to use the rune? Thanks.

You need to properly vibrate each letter of the rune, the rune section of the J.O.S site will assist you with those.

Affirmations to what you want apply the rune energy to is also recommended.

visualization of the rune is perhaps the 1st - 2nd most important aspect as visualization adds solid power to your working/s.

You should expect excellent results after invoking runic energies repeatedly after a period of time.

I'm not sure about incense but a trance is always beneficial.

Use the Chronoxp, personally, I would use the specific chakra on the day/hour of the specific working e.g. Ansuz for empowering the throat chakra, I would do it on the day and hour of the throat. This is for maximum power.

Vibrating it would get the job done. If you can't visualize it in your mind then having it's form in front of you might help. I'm aware of no certain incense that should be used. As for the time of day it's really not that important.

Thank you all for your great advice! My chackras definately feel much more empowered after vibrating the runes. Runes are awesome!

I also forgot to ask what are the best runes for each of the main chackras? Are they listed on the JOS website? Thanks.

Do all the different names of each specific rune give same amount of power or do the power of each specific rune vary according to what rune name is vibrated? e.g. algis algiz and elhaz.
