PRONOUNCING THE RUNES

Sorry if i re-wrote this but i feel like this is important and no one was writing back to this reply. i just got another question thats bothering me about sol. how do i pronounce it? on the november destruction ritual its says to just vibrate sssooollll but is it with a long OOO or short OOO. i tried looking on "pronouncing the runes" on jos but it says its a long OO if it has a line above it, then i looked to see if it had a line above the O and it only had it on where it says NORSE and ICELANDIC. im really confused, so if someone could answer my question that would be great.
