Pronouncing Demon Names

I have a quick question about how to pronounce the names of The Gods. For example my Guardian Demoness in Bim. Do I pronounce her name as it is spelled as Bim or do we use the Enochian Alphabet with B=Pe I=Gon M=Tal so it would be pronounced Pegontal. Just a quick question, obviously I am new and I mean no disrespect to any of the Gods or Goddesses or to Father Satan. In fact the reason for this question is to learn the proper way to pronounce the names of the Demons so I do not create any unpleasantries.
