Yes but you need the energy to do this. This either comes from your soul itself, or the easier solution, which is to just raise the energy necessary. For example, chant Uruz to help with healing an injury or metabolism, or chant Algiz and program that for an aura of protection. This will work better than trying to get your aura to do everything.

Same for breathing in energy like sky blue energy. It states to breath it into the aura. How come? Can't we breath it into our soul and push out the energy into my aura?

I notice with AoP; I breath in solar white-gold energy from the sun into my entire Soul then push out to my Aura.
