problem with square

i wonder if raising the kundalini and merging the 2 parts of the brain(male-female) and the ida-pingala etc... can solve the problems of a square in the natal chart.
cause i have mars in leo ascendant, that square sun in scorpio 4 house, i think for this i have trouble watching someone directly in the eyes while talking.(ps i have also moon sextile sun)
it's like mars say to act in a certain way, and the sun in another opposite way

i have solved the mystery. it's interesting. i have SUN CONJUNCT VENUS. people around me have the front extension of 3 chackra without energy. BUT they have a lot of energy in the 5 chackra(VENUS)

so when i use the 5 chackra(sociality), i must also use the 3 chackra, and other people drain me out the sun energy
