So it's been a couple of month that i've been doing almost daily(there were some days that i couldn't) the meditation called "energy meditation" in the beginner section.
The problem is that I still can't do it!
I still can't really feel the aura so that's the first problem(but i know this could require more time so i'm not worried about that),but the thing that concern me the most is that i can't visualize the portion of aura of the back and barely the one on front. Rarely a i can expand it and very often i can't even visualize it still. The other problem is that even tho before starting I relax, when i try to expand (or even just visualize) i feel like lifting an heavy weight so all my body become tense (especially my face) and i'm not relaxed anymore ; when i try doing it completely relaxed(without the tension) i can't do it.
Why's that? Is it normal? Am doing this correctly?
