hey if its shiny and healthy white energy it prob good for the pineal gland just make sure its your own energy the gland responds to ones own energy i think it is called the seat of psychic power for a reason

I've been very interested in empowering and developing the pineal gland for a while now. I've been taking measures to ensure it's development e.g. Removal of fluoride toothpaste, daily meditation on the gland. Also thinking about buying a reverse osmosis unit for my home.

I've been surfing the web recently, looking for ways I can make it grow active but there is simply too much RHP crap and I am unsure of the information I am receiving. I read about things that'll stimulate the gland such as sungazing and magnets etc. I am interested to hear what true LHP followers have to say on this matter.
