Pressure on my eyes

For the past 2 weeks I've been having this pressure on my eyes (physical eyes) .
1st I thought it was the light (the bulb), so lately I've been meditating with the lights off, but it still happens... Why? What causes it? it sometimes comes close to my nose.. But still over my eyes.....

Could be energy gathering there and being stuck there. Have you tried to will that energy away?

Could you give me an example on how to?... I haven't thought about that.. Also I notice it gets.. More pressure when I focus on my 3rd eye during meditating on it...

Using your focus to will it somewhere else is enough.

It may also help to do some yoga sets that focus on the eyes
