Earlier I was knelling in front of my alter praying to father. Not doing a ritual just praying and afterwards when I was mediating waiting to see if he would reply I got really bad pressure on my temples and it suddenly became really hard to concentrate. I kept trying to focus but I couldn't and still cant. This has never happened before any idea what it could be? Thank you in advance for your reply's.
