Hello i had made two posts about fear and though it will take awhile to get over all the fear, Lillith and a guy named John Story really helped me out.
Lillith helped me break the shield around my heart and for once i was able to feel energy go into my heart chakra which stunned me at first but it felt good and satisfying. and when i drew in energy for my aura of protection it was amazing to feel the swirl of energy around me-i had to rest for a minuet afterwards cause of the rush i felt. i'm so glad for this.

P.s to hecatemother-it may not have been the best thing to try and help you give better advise by sending and email to you-since you might have taken it as an attack on your character and all-being blunt does have draw backs but try to take the advise to heart if posssible for i only ment good things to come from what i said.
