I though of this meditation while invoking the 5 Elements. This is how: When I invoked Earth, I felt my Sushumna empowered, when I invoked Fire, I felt my Pingala empower, when I invoked Water, I felt my Ida empowered, when I invoked air I felt my Aura being empowered and when I invoked Akasha I felt my Light Body.
If you don't know where the Pingala, Ida and Sushumna are situated, I don't think you should be doing this meditation.
The Meditation:1. Vibrate Prithvi (Earth) 9x on your Sushumna. Visualise the same thing as you would while invoking earth as instructed on the JoS, except you are invoking it into your Sushumna
2.Vibrate Agni (Fire) 9x on your Pingala. Visualise the same thing as you would while invoking fire as instructed on the JoS, except you are invoking it into your Pingala
3.Vibrate Soma (Water) 9x on your Ida. Visualise the same thing as you would while invoking Water as instructed on the JoS, except you are invoking it into your Ida

4.Vibrate Vayu (Air) 9x on your Aura. Visualise the same thing as you would while invoking Air as instructed on the JoS, except you are invoking it into your Aura
5.Vibrate Akasha (Quintessence) on you Light Body. Visualise the same thing as you would while invoking Quintessence as instructed on the JoS, except you are invoking it into your Light Body.
Focus on the energy for a few minutes, do not push this meditation, remember, although you are vibrating the elements, you are still invoking them, and as some of you have experienced as bad as I have, overstimulating your self with the elements is not very pleasant
