What is a god, if not mercy, With Truth being born in their name?
Bring the pot to the potter, He will break it.
Save delights for the child, He will forsake it.
All the pleasures of the world, Let the mortals fake it.
All the sufferings and the cold, Let Man simply take it.
But never let my Light fly, For he is all I need,
And never let my Life die, For she is all my greed.
Let the sands of time shift, and let us be,
In this immortal permanence, of eternity.
