PLEASE HELP I THINK I WAS ATTACKED!!!

I just did the dedication ritual and a few hours later my left arm started hurting... i pulled up my sleeve and my arm had CLAW marks running up it... im scared... and kinda fascinated... please help

couldve been an attack
but you could have ran into a wall or fallen down and gotten it but not noticed it...
it happens to me a lot :] i trip all over the place!
