@Sterngucker
Sorry for the time it took to get back to you.
So what is your diet like?A lot of the ailments have to do with your internal system and function.
There seems to be an imbalance in your skin cells in the sense of stagnation and its ph and environment that benefits the microorganisms. The microorganisms feed off the skin cels which caused the pitted look of the skin. When did the problem begin?
The harsh cleansers and ointments you are using are too harsh in the sense that it disturbs your skins ph more so than helping and it also rids your skin of the natural oil producing bacteria that are suppose to help your skin naturally.
Topically, you can try these things:
Coconut oil: is favorable for the natural beneficial bacteria on the skin but also is antimicrobial, antifungal and rich in saturated fats which act to build your skin cells and benefits the skin tone.Good for skin ph balancing too. Tallow also has the same effect. You can try these things but I would go for the coconut oil in your case because it is easily accessible. Also very beneficial to consume daily. Good for digestive health too.
Neem: Penetrates the skin barrier from the inside and out and is sort of like a detergent and antimicrobial. You can take capsules and or topical organic Neem based moisturizer.
Colloidal silver: Is a very powerful and in my opinion, the best safe antibiotic to use. You can try that topically and internally. It finds with the undesirable bacteria in your body and in your cells to rid of them. I have had much success with colloidal silver and even treating friends.
Now for diet and internal solutions.
Cod Liver oil:Rich in Vitamin A and Vitamin d and other beneficial trace elements. Great Immune booster too!
Vitamin A helps heal the skin and skin cells tremendously and strengthens the immune system and helps the body deal with toxins and other problems. Strengthening of the immune system will also help to rid your skin and body of undesirable organisms. The immune system is what rids and maintain our bodies. This can also be used Topically.
Grass fed or organic butter:Rich in saturated fats that help the skin, cells and immune system and is antimicrobial. Good for the endocrine system and overall health. I consume everyday.
Try to stay away from rancid vegetable oils that clog the skin and are inflammatory. These are in commercially sold cooking oils ad free foods. Healthy saturated fats are olive oil, butter, ghee, tallow, coconut oil and palm oil.
Try to consume organic as much as possible. Pesticides and any toxins just work to impede and weaken the immune system.
Gut and digestive health:
The skin on the inside of our bodies effect our outside skin health and immune system. Make sure to saturate your gut with probiotics like yogurt and kefir, fermented foods and or kombucha. Or just invest in a very good probiotic. When your gut has healthy enzymes and bacteria it will effect your skin and overall health. You want good bacteria on the inside of your body too.
Please be patient and try a combination of these things. But you definitely want to work on your internal system as well.
If you want a guiding baseline, i'd try the coconut oil and neem topically and internally. Make sure to get organic. You can find these things on the web with no problem. Internally do the cod liver oil and then eat probiotic rich foods and please let us know how things go.
Tomorrow is Sunday, moon in virgo. You can program your aura or do something spiritual to aid in the healing if you feel you need extra help.
