Its not like you need to visualize it or anything :P Its about right where the 6th chakra is so if you want to empower it just vibrate whatever mantra you chose into that area.

So I'll just need to vibrate AUM in sixth chakra to activate and empower pineal gland ? And besides avoiding stuff that calcify it, would the mantra help in decalcify the pineal gland?
