Hello everyone,
I have a question concerning physical and Spiritual health. We all know that when we achieve the Magnum Opus, we become perfect both physically and spiritually. My question is, do we become perfect on both sides immediately upon completion of the Magnum Opus, or do we have to work on being physically fit leading to the Magnum Opus? My reason for asking this is that I don't see myself as being the "Athletic Type" and I struggle a little with workouts and I would hate it if I wouldn't be able to achieve the Magnum Opus because of my shape.

Thanks for reading and I hope to hear from anyone soon.

To complete the Magnum Opus you might need some basic physical  empowering exercises. The eightfold path of Astaroth includes asanas and pranayama.  Note you don't need to do heavy exercises, just do some kundalini or hatha yoga every day. If you follow the full eightfold path you progress more quickly

In adding what was said, Hatha and Kundalini will prepare your body for handling the massive amount of energy produced when raising your kundalini and completing the magnum opus.
With this being said, you don't need to have the body of a body builder as physical strength and power comes from the soul. Notice how short or of a small physical build martial artists from china are. I have seen many of them that look average or even thin and have massive amounts of strength and physical power and they could also take a physical strike and not get affected. This is in the soul. Continue to do Hatha Yoga and other Kundalini exercises to build and strengthen your body. Have fun with it too!

Work on being physically fit leading up to the Magnum Opus. It will make the journey easier for yourself. Your DNA does get perfected in the sense of perfect health + immortality but in order to handle the levels of power required for the Great Work, a high level of physical fitness is required.
Work on functional strength; push ups, sit ups, pull ups etc. The static and dynamic postures of Yoga keep the channels of energy flow in the body open and strong. This is necessary for kundalini. For most people the first 'steps' in their spiritual practice should be to work on all their chakras using vibration (most effective). Doesn't have to be many repetitions but it is important to vibrate into all the extensions + the main equally in order to truly open/unblock/empower said chakra/s.
As mentioned by the others in this thread, you don't need to have the physique of a Greek statue but general fitness is very important for kundalini and beyond.

Nicely said, Lucius. Do you have a work out program or just basic exercising?

This all depends on exactly what problems mentally you are experiencing. Many members in the past have healed themselves of mental affliction.
When I ask about explaining in detail, its not to be nosey, of course, I just feel that it is important to mention as to give a mess for better healing and an easier way to tackle the situation. Nobody has to share what they do not want to. I have had my fair share of problems.

I alternate cardio and strength fitness with one rest day on Sunday. For the functional exercises I work the whole body; lower, core, back and upper. Cardio is just running, biking, swimming.

I recommend you do insanity workouts its program is available for download and its very hard but it works on every physical manners
