Long story short. I thought why not since i have what it takes to create it, and so i did.
I noticed my energy changed, it's lighter and faster, like really fast. And my aura expended a bit. Now back to the stone, i lack knowledge of it. Is it something that has to kept feed on energy every now and then?
Right now it's placed on my heart chakra, and I've noticed i can't place it on any chakra for long, it gets over stimulated.
The only use for it i have right now is to raise energy with it, and use to empower a certain chakra for a specific working based on the experience i had. Maybe I'm going about this the wrong way since I'm clueless about it. What is it used for?
And lastly, does it stay forever or do i need to create it again and again every now and then?

As far as I'm aware, you first move it to your front base chakra, and then slowly upwards all the way to the crown. Then you move it back down your rear chakra extensions. This is a part of the magnum opus (It's on JoS in more detail).

The creation of a philosophers stone is highly individualistic. Now of course you will have many making claims on what it is and is not. At the end of the day, it is what you make of it. Only listen to others for "general" guidence, because to perfect it is an Artform. It does take re-energizing because it is limited based on what you put into it. Once you make it it is semi-permanent after you have energized it enough.
