PDF files of the JoS Newsletter

I've been reading this PDF thanks for it. But I have a question about healing viruses or preventing diseases. How about those who already have viruses? Like AIDS can it be cured through this same method under the topic staying healthy and protected? And there's something else. The chronosxp.sourceforge.net/en/ doesn't work on phones. Is there a version for android? I don't use a laptop its too big and heavy.
