Past Lives from Kundalini Awakening?

Without going into too much detail, recently, my past lives come back to me in the forms of unearthed memories and feelings. Watching movies, reading books that I had read before in that previous lifetime trigger the memories and feelings, fears and yearnings.

Has this happened to anyone else? What were your experiences?
