partly psychic?

Can you start becoming psychic even if you don't have all your chakras open yet? I still have a few left but lately I've been having dreams and then they happen or ill joke about something and it comes true. Today I was driving in the freeway and thought of the police and 15 seconds later I saw one going my opposite way. And earlier I was watching tv and guessed someones last name, it just came to me. A few days ago I told my girl (joking) that they were gonna take her to the office at work for stealing something she really needed and she would get really scared and when she got there the supervisor would instead of saying you stole something he would say you've been doing a great job keep up the good work and then she would be relieved after a good scare and when she came home she couldn't believe it, that's exactly what happened. And like 2 days ago I dreamed that I was getting chased by dogs and when I woke up and went upstairs I looked over at the tv and the first thing I see is a guy getting chased by dogs. I know its small things but its increased in the last few weeks and I kind of can't just ignore then that easly.

While opening chakras,even if it's just Your 3rd eye, abilities You didn't know exist will appear.For some people this does not happen but by opening chakras You are basically opening up to the Spiritual so it's normal that You will be partially psychic without all Your chakras open.
