Pain On My Third Eye From The Sun Or Extreme Cold

This has happened for years and never knew why. But when i am out in the sun wen it is extremely bright either in the early afternoo or when it starts to set and even when i am out in the extreme cold i feel this strong pressure in the middle of my forehead where my third eye is. Since this has been happening for a few years i though i might ask around the groups if anyone might know what this might be. IS this just my body reacting to the elements of nature? Or is it truly my third eye? If anyone can give feedback i would greatly appreciate it.
