Other techniques to empower hands and feet chakras

OKay, i just thought this would be a little better and alot more fun then the regular techniques on empowering these chakras. No offense to the original ones though, they work very well too.

So, this is what you do, (by the way, it is 3:49am right now in my region. Funny things is i did my secong meditation late, and now i can not sleep. I know it sucks). So anyways, the first thing you do is get your energies high, and this can be done by working out, i like this better because your are stregthening your body as well, but after you work out, you are go to get in a tai chi form. We will be using two of them. The first one is the Ward off power transfer. You get into the war off form, and then you brng energy from your back leg, all the way up your spine and through our arm and hand. Then you turn the other side and do it again. This needs to be done as many times as you like.

The second form is the push form power transfer. When you get into this form, you are going to need to bring energy up the legs an out the hands as you lean forward in the Arrow and Bow stance. You lean back when you are inhaling the energy up your legs. You can do this for many times as you want.

This is basically it. If you workout like i ask, you will be feeling energy through your hands and feet and the rest of your body from working out. Also, depening how hard you workout and number of repititions you did with the form, depends on your buzz. When i first did these after a nice sweaty workout, i could not stand because of the energy, i laid down and meditated on it. when i was standing i was to full of energy, and felt like falling or fainting. So i laid down to enjoy the energy, and i think this is why i can not sleep now, i didnt do this though, i was letting lose some anger while fighting in my room and i brund lots of energy to aid me. So this, and my second meitation seesion.

Also, if you guys do not know these tai chi forms, look them up so you can get in the stance correctly. After this, just to have fun, when you train in your fighting stle, if you do, send energy in an out through your fist an feet, or any body part that is being swung, and also your whole body so you can feel it, because i think this gives your hit that sting to it, and eventually there would be no pain bacause your energy come be strong enough that it is actully hiitng the obbject, but this will take lots and lots of practice. Less then a year if you really apply yourself.

I have vibrated YAUM while focusing on the palm chakras one at a time and that worked very well. You could vibrate LAUM for the feet and legs.
