Openning chakras

I was woundering; I'm trying to start openning my chakra's, but I have just a little problem. I can't do it at night, I live with my aunt, my cousin, and her boyfriend, and though not a single one of them attends church, they all still believe in the xian 'god'. And my cousin has already caught me twice trying to do the openning of chakras, and it was huge a mess afterwards. So I was woundering, would it be possible for me to try and do the opennings during the day? That would be so much easier, because I'm usually the only one in the house during the day.

Choose the time that works for you. The most important thing is to make sure you meditate as often as you can. Although, it is ideal to do chakra meditations during their hour. You will learn more about this as you advance. You can also start training yourself to meditate on the astral.

Yes there is no special time of the day the opening of your chakras has to be.The only important thing,is the order that you open them,and that you pick sometime during the day that you can do it everyday.My understanding is after you open your third eye,then you go from your crown down,the purpose is when you reach the base,the energy is free to flow unobstructed up and out of the crown.When that happened for me,it was the most awesome experience I have ever had.You will feel it when it happens to you believe me.
