I am currently within the process of opening my Throat Chakra and while I understand plainly that experiences may vary between individuals, I was curious if anyone may be able to tell me of a more or less definitive signification of its activation? For me, a healthy throat chakra makes communication with others more effective, like I can really get my point across. If your mind moves faster than your mouth, this chakra coordinates the two, so you can articulate yourself using the words that carry the most meaning, while remaining fluid across the sentence.
Aside from that, the way you express yourself outside of language improves, too. You think more clearly about who you are and what you want, allowing for greater authenticity.
