Hello all :)
I need some help, i was born with a skew nose, it has just grown slightly to the left and it effects my breathing. When I breath through my nose it is 2/3 in my right and the other third through my left. please can you guys help me like will this effect my Chakras and how can i counter the way I breath. should I be doing alternate nostril breathing exercises more than most or what? I have to sleep on my left side every night just so i can breath. I also want to get it fixed when I have the money.
